Hehe everyone always mentions the headlight wipers. Its not hey nice car or 2.5l straight six or power its always "Dude your cars got headlight washers i guess thats why you got a BMW right?"

no cruise control i like to drive my car not the other way round!!! (to my knowledge few if any E30 325i's had cruise or aircon in England)

I did complement the car, not just the headlight wipers! [:)] I was interested, because I've never seen them on an E30 before - maybe they weren't available on the US models? How do you turn them on? Is there a separate switch somewhere?

Interesting about the lack of cruise or A/C in the British E30s. You learn something new every day.[;)] I'm just glad my E30 has A/C and cruise!

Hehe. they just come on when you spray the windows with the push-in on the stalk. hmmm never thought i'd be sat here talking about washing my headlights [thumb] [thumb] but well i suppose they mean, although you will be frosty and not have foot cramp, i'll be able to see when i crash into the muddy field at night [^]

The car was owned by a couple of VW mechanics before me and they did most of the work (hench no brand names) the car had a dodgy chip to begin with that raise the idle speed to like 1000rpm and put too much fuel in. we replaced it and decided rather then spending £300 getting a monkey with a spanner to do it we get it done for free with our service. That way i know what been changed in the setup (and my mechanic knows i don't mind 16Mpg [ohcrap]

my car had A/C but the clutch broke and then i cut the belt. maybe ill worry about it next summer. goddamn its a pain to keep the white from turning to brown. when i get it painted im gonna get black.
